We are committed to delivering quality new patients to your practice. For the first month of your Appointment Marketing service, if the value of any patient we refer to your practice is less than the referral fee we charge for that patient, we will refund you that referral fee.
The Referral Fee Guarantee is applicable to appointments booked on HealthEngine that are subject to the new patient referral fee. To claim a refund under this guarantee, you must notify the HealthEngine Support team in writing. The amount refundable is limited to the amount of the referral fee paid for that patient. Refunds will be processed as a credit to your account. Account credits will be automatically applied to your next invoice.
